How do I book an appointment ?We offer online 24/7 booking through our website at your convenience. Please click the book now link.

Do I have to pay in advance for an appointment?Paying in advance is an option however for utilizing that service there is an additional fee charged by our booking agent. You have the option to pay in person and this is the preferred method of payment, however a credit card is required to “reserve” your appointment. There will be no charge to your card unless you cancel under the allowed cancellation period or in the event of a no-show. Please review our terms and conditions prior to booking

How often should I come in for a hair service?Everyone is different and has different preferences on haircare and the importance of it. It is recommended that you come back within a 2 to three week timeframe to ensure you up keep with the image you are looking to portray. Weekly is best suited for business professionals and public figures.

Is your shop a store front or located inside a building?Our shop is located inside Concept Salon Suites at 300 Entrance Rd N Sanford FL on the right hand side after you walk in.

Do you sell hair & beard products?Please visit our store we sell hair care, beard care, gift cards, t shirts and barber merchandise.

What is the best form of contact to reach your shop?If you are having trouble scheduling please call us at (321)334-1580

Do you cut hair for kids?We do. However there are conditions when booking. Please use the “just a trim” option when booking. Parents keep in mind this service is a 20 min service. In the event you want a specialized haircut specific for your child including skin fades or designs etc prices are charged at adult hair prices. As long as we can get the haircut done in the allotted timeframe we can manage

What is the preferred way to book?We prefer clients book us using our “Classic Barber” app where you can see our availability & book 24/7 we also send push notifications through the app to let you know of last minute availability, company news; including vacation and store closures & sales. When booking, customer has the option to pay ahead or “reserve” the appointment. We prefer clients “reserve” their appointments and pay in shop rather than paying ahead and paying more than $10 per booking ; just to use the pay in advance option. Either way though we’ve created the opportunity to book directly through our site but we prefer that you pay in shop using the “reserve” option.

What are your accepted forms of payment?Please read the description of each service before booking we accept payment by cash or credit card. A $5.00 booking, service & processing fee is charged at checkout for each appointment.

Do you accept walkins?Walk-in availability is only available if availability is available however this is not always guaranteed. We stay booked 90% of the time, in the off chance an availability is available you will be taking a risk to wait many hours or minutes depending on whether time is available. Please keep in mind we are a small shop and there are only so many services we can do in a day. Through our app you can book up to 22 days in advance. This can help you get a slot in: especially since slots are limited.

How can I confirm I have successfully made an appointment?If you receive an email confirmation from the email address you used to book with us, this is proof that your appointment has been confirmed. If you arrive to the store without a confirmation you maybe asked to rebook or wait if availability is available.

I came to the shop today and I noticed you guys were closed; do you have similar schedules to other shops?We have a unique schedule in comparison to other local shops which is why availability is limited. As we have both personal and spiritual obligations outside of the shop that require our attention. It is recommended that you sign up for our monthly newsletter or app to get our up to date information on any store closures or news.

Do we cut long women hair?We offer limited long hair services for women. Blunts, bobs, uniform layers. More complex layering is dependent upon consultation we prefer every long haired client come in to speak with us prior to booking to ensure that we are the best fit for what you are looking for.
