BOOKING POLICY

 

This Booking Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) shall govern the relationship between Classic

Barber & Beard Co., having its postal address at 300 entrance Rd n Sanford FL - 32771 Studio 17

(hereinafter referred to the “Company” or “Classic Barber & Beard Co.” or “us” or “our” or “we”) and you

(hereinafter referred to “you” or “your” or “user” or “clients” or “customers”) when you book appointments

on our site - https://www.barberbeardco.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site”).

This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy statement.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY

By booking an appointment with us, or by clicking on a button or taking similar action to signify your

affirmative acceptance of this Policy, you hereby represent that:

i. You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Booking Policy, our Privacy

Policy, and any future updates or additions to these policies as published from time to time on

the Website or as otherwise communicated to you.

ii. You are of sound mind and at least 18 years in age in order to form a binding contract with

us. In case you are not at least 18 years in age, then you must have the express permission of

your lawful guardian to book appointments on the website, purchase our products, and avail

our services. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to use our website or make

payments even with their parent/legal guardian’s consent, and for them their parents/legal

guardians must make the bookings and payments for them.

iii. You understand that by booking or making a payment, you are entering into a legally binding

agreement with Classic Barber & Beard Co. for the selected service(s).

BY BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF OUR

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES, AS WELL AS ANY OTHER RULES OR

NOTICES PUBLISHED ON OUR WEBSITE.

2. BOOKING POLICY

a) Apart from the price of our services booked by you, a flat fee of $6 will be charged on every

booking to cover credit card processing, booking, and website maintenance costs. This fee

helps us continue to provide our clients with 24/7 convenient online booking, and it is applied

to every service at checkout. The fee is also clearly mentioned in the description of every

service prior to booking.

By making a booking and payment, you acknowledge that you have been informed of and

agreed to these charges. This fee is a fixed operational charge and not a gratuity or additional

service fee. It is non-refundable, including in cases of appointment cancellation or no-show,

unless the cancellation is initiated by the Company.

 

b) Walk-ins are not guaranteed and are permitted strictly subject to staff availability and existing

appointments. Therefore, it is always recommended that you book your appointment in

advance.

c) To book an appointment, you can give us a call on 3213341580, or make a booking from our

website (www.barberbeardco.com/book-now/).

We reserve the right to modify our booking channels or contact details from time to time

without prior notice.

d) Whenever you click on the “Book Now” link, the website will direct you to a third-party

booking and payment platform, namely, Square (https://squareup.com/). Square is an

independent third party, and its links are not under our control. Therefore, we are not liable for

any data breach, technical issue, or loss you may suffer while using Square or its associated

links.

Your use of Square’s platform is subject to its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and

you are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to them before completing your booking.

e) Please make every effort to be prompt and arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late

may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling, at our discretion, and may also lead to

applicable charges.

f) Appointment times are not guaranteed to be exact. Please keep in mind that all confirmed

appointments work on a first come, first served basis. If you arrive on time and see that we are

serving another customer, please wait patiently - you will be served shortly.

Delays caused by prior appointments, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances will not entitle

clients to any refunds or discounts.

3. APPOINTMENT WAIT TIME

We try to give you the best service. However, appointment wait times cannot be guaranteed due to

unpredictable nature of the services within the shop. We expect you to co-operate with us so that we

can give you the best possible service. Please understand that our goal is to serve you efficiently as

possible without sacrificing quality of service. If you come to the shop and find that we are behind

please be patient, follow our Covid19 disclaimer and/or company guidelines, and we will take care of

you as soon as we possibly can.

4. PRICING DISCLAIMER

 

We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information with respect to the products

listed on our website for sale. We cannot, however, warrant against pricing errors. Classic Barber &

Beard Co. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated retail price of the

concerned product or service. We may also update the prices of the products and services from time to

time, at our sole discretion.

5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

a) Cancellation, Late Show and No Show: You may cancel your appointment any time at least

24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. To cancel, please contact us at the number

provided in your booking confirmation email.

If you fail to call or do not show up at the appointment time, the appointment will be

considered cancelled.

Any No-Calls, No-Shows, or Same-Day Cancellations (under 24 hours) will be charged

100% of the service fee plus the $6 processing fee on the credit card used at booking.

By booking, you acknowledge that you are paying for the time and availability reserved

exclusively for you, and not solely for the end result of the service.

b) Credit Card Disputes and Refunds: All sales are final. There are no refunds once services

are rendered or in cases where a client files a credit card dispute or chargeback with their

bank. Any such dispute will be considered a violation of our policy, and we reserve the right

to pursue appropriate recovery action and restrict future appointments until the issue is

resolved.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to provide all relevant records,

including payment receipts, appointment logs, and video footage, to the financial institution or

appropriate authority as evidence that the service was completed in accordance with this

Policy.

c) Authorization to Charge Card: By booking, you authorize Classic Barber & Beard Co. to

charge your card on file for applicable cancellation, no-show, dispute-related, or other policy-

based fees, as described in this Policy.

d) Card Declined: Classic Barber & Beard Co. may refuse services if the card used by you to

pay for the booking or related fees is declined. In such cases, you may be blocked from future

bookings until the outstanding balance or cancellation fee is paid in full.

e) Cancellation due to Illness or Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unexpected

situations or illnesses can occur. If you are unwell, experience an emergency, or otherwise

cannot make your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible - preferably at least 24

hours in advance - to avoid cancellation charges. We will take a reasonable and fair view of

such situations, and at our sole discretion, may decide whether to waive or apply the

applicable fee.

 

f) Cancellation by Us: In certain situations, we may need to cancel or reschedule your

appointment. In such cases, we will contact you to offer a 100% refund or reschedule the

appointment. We are not liable for any other loss caused by such cancellation or rescheduling.

g) Service Modification Guarantee (7-Day Period): If you are not satisfied with your haircut

or style, you have 7 days from the date of your original service to contact us and request a

one-time complimentary modification or adjustment. This complimentary modification covers

minor adjustments to the original style only, and does not include full restyles, color

corrections, or a completely new haircut. After this 7-day period, any modification will be

treated as a new service and charged accordingly.

h) Refund Method (if applicable): If you are expressly entitled to a refund under this Policy,

the amount (excluding any additional service or processing fees) will be credited to your

original payment method or issued as a store credit at our sole discretion.

 

6. DISCLAIMER

a) THE SITE, PRODUCTS, AND ALL OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS”

BASIS, AND WE (AND OUR LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND

AFFILIATES) EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND

CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY,

INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF DESIRED LOOKS, QUALITY,

SUITABILITY, DESIRABILITY, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS,

TIMELINESS, PERFORMANCE, SAFETY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A

PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THE SAME. WE

MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR OUR SERVICES WILL

MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED,

TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS, OR WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE,

COMPLETE, OR SAFE.

RESULTS MAY VARY FROM CLIENT TO CLIENT BASED ON INDIVIDUAL HAIR

TYPE, TEXTURE, AND CONDITION. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ALLERGIC OR

ADVERSE REACTIONS TO PRODUCTS USED DURING THE SERVICE, EVEN IF

PROVIDED IN GOOD FAITH.

b) YOU MUST FOLLOW ALL GOVERNMENT AND COMPANY GUIDELINES

REGARDING HEALTH, HYGIENE, AND SAFETY, INCLUDING ANY RULES ON

FACE MASKS, SOCIAL DISTANCING, AND SANITIZATION. YOU MUST BRING

YOUR OWN FACE MASK AND USE THE HAND SANITIZER AVAILABLE AT THE

ENTRANCE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH SUCH HYGIENE REQUIREMENTS MAY

RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REFUSAL OF SERVICE.

 

c) AS PER CURRENT GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES, FACE MASKS ARE OPTIONAL

BUT HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. IF WORN, THEY MUST BE WORN THROUGHOUT

THE SERVICE UNLESS FACIAL HAIR IS PART OF THE SERVICE.

d) ONLY ONE CLIENT AT A TIME IS ALLOWED IN THE SHOP UNLESS IT INVOLVES

A PARENT ACCOMPANYING A MINOR BEING SERVICED. WE MAY ALLOW MORE

THAN ONE CLIENT AT OUR DISCRETION. ANY NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THIS

DISCLAIMER MAY RESULT IN YOUR SERVICE BEING CANCELLED WITH A

CANCELLATION FEE.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE WHOSE CONDUCT

INTERFERES WITH THE SAFETY OR WELL-BEING OF OTHER PATRONS OR

STAFF. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PATRONS WHO ARE

UNREASONABLY ROWDY, LACK ADEQUATE HYGIENE, OR ARE ACCOMPANIED

BY LARGE GROUPS OF NON-CUSTOMERS.

IF SERVICE IS REFUSED FOR ANY REASON UNDER THIS CLAUSE, THE CLIENT

SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REFUND.

e) BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE NOT BEEN

EXPOSED TO OR ARE CURRENTLY SHOWING SIGNS OF ANY CONTAGIOUS

ILLNESS AND THAT YOU HAVE NOT VISITED ANY HIGH-RISK AREAS, CITIES,

OR COUNTRIES WITHIN A MEDICALLY REASONABLE PERIOD.

BY ENTERING OUR PREMISES, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS

RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO ANY CONTAGIOUS ILLNESSES.

f) PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR SHOP IS UNDER 24-HOUR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE FOR

THE SAFETY OF OUR CLIENTS, STAFF, AND PROPERTY. BY BOOKING AN

APPOINTMENT AND ENTERING THE PREMISES, YOU CONSENT TO BEING

RECORDED ON OUR SECURITY CAMERAS.

THESE RECORDINGS ARE MAINTAINED FOR SECURITY, SAFETY, AND

EVIDENCE PURPOSES ONLY, AND ARE NOT USED FOR ADVERTISING OR

MARKETING. RECORDINGS ARE RETAINED FOR A REASONABLE PERIOD AS

REQUIRED FOR BUSINESS OR LEGAL PURPOSES.

IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISPUTE, CHARGEBACK, OR CLAIM, WE RESERVE THE

RIGHT TO USE SUCH RECORDINGS AS EVIDENCE AND SHARE THEM WITH

FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES, OR OTHER

RELEVANT AUTHORITIES AS DEEMED NECESSARY.

 

7. Reservation of Right

Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to: (i) revoke any stated offer; (ii)

correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omission; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotion

offers, descriptions, or other information without obligation to issue any notice of such changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we (or our licensors, employees,

contractors, and affiliates) be liable to you or any third party for any hair loss, hair fall, cuts, undesired

looks, bad quality of products, hair or skin related issues, unexpected looks, accidents at the time of

availing the services, side effects or other loss occurred due to application or use of products, costs of

procurement of substitute products or services, or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental,

special or punitive damages arising from our services or products, even if we have been advised of the

possibility of such damages. Access to, and use/availing/purchase of, the Site and our services is at

your own will, discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your person,

hair, or skin resulting therefrom.

9. Indemnification

You (and your legal heirs or persons acting on your behalf) acknowledge to defend, indemnify and

hold Classic Barber & Beard Co., its owners, and licensors (hereinafter referred to as “Indemnified

Party”) harmless from and against any claim, disputes, fine, liability, demand or expense, including

reasonable Attorneys’ fees, made by you, your legal heir, persons acting on your behalf, or any third

parties, relating to, or arising from your purchase of our products, and use/availing of our services, and

all risks and damages associated with it with respect to your person, hair, or skin.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the services that you

avail from us, the same shall be dealt with as per the laws of State of Florida, and all disputes must be

exclusively brought before the courts located in Sanford, Florida.
