service provider, namely, Square, collects the payment information from you when you make payment for

our products or services, either online or offline.

e) Video Surveillance (CCTV):

 

ï‚· When you visit our physical premises, please note that the shop is under 24-hour video surveillance

for the safety and security of our clients, staff, and property. These recordings may capture your

image, movements, or activity within the camera’s field of view. By entering our premises or

booking an appointment, you consent to being recorded on our security cameras.

ï‚· These recordings are maintained solely for security, safety, quality assurance, and evidence purposes

and may be used to assist in resolving disputes, chargebacks, fraudulent claims, or incidents that

occur within or around the shop.

ï‚· Recordings are retained for a reasonable period of time (for example, up to 90 days) unless a longer

retention period is required for ongoing investigations, legal matters, or disputes. The recordings are

not used for advertising or marketing and are securely stored with restricted access.

 

2. What is the lawful basis for which we use your personal information?

You hereby acknowledge that all processing of your personal information will be justified by a "lawful ground" for

processing. In the majority of cases, processing will be justified on the basis that:

b) All online payments and appointment bookings are handled through Square (https://squareup.com/). Square

collects and processes your payment details directly and securely. Your information shared with Square is

governed by their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which you should review before completing a

booking or payment. We do not store or have access to your full credit or debit card details.

c) We may share necessary transaction, booking, or payment information with banks, credit card networks,

payment processors, or chargeback service providers to verify transactions, resolve disputes, or respond to

chargebacks or fraud investigations. In the event of a chargeback or credit card dispute, we may also share

supporting evidence (such as appointment records, signed receipts, or CCTV footage) with the financial

institution involved.

d) For safety and security, our shop is under 24-hour video surveillance. These recordings may be shared, only

when necessary, with law enforcement authorities, insurance companies, or financial institutions to

investigate incidents, fraud, chargebacks, or other disputes. CCTV recordings are never used for advertising

or marketing.

e) We use the services of third-party delivery service provider to deliver the products ordered by you. So,

some of your information will be shared with them.

f) We sometimes engage third-party professionals or contractors (such as IT, accounting, or customer support

providers) who assist us in running our business. These parties are bound by confidentiality obligations and

are only permitted to use your data for the specific purpose of providing their contracted services to us.

data protection and other laws may differ (and be less stringent) from your country of residence. You
