To Service you for all of your barbering and hair styling needs either for yourself or your family. Please be prompt and on time for your appointment. 

If you need to cancel, please contact within 24 hours prior to your start time to make any cancellations & to prevent a cancellation fee. 

If making any changes to your appointment, kindly use your confirmation email under the key
MANAGE to make any changes, cancellations or reschedules. This will help save time from taking precious time from another customer I may be servicing. 
 

Appointment Wait Times & Cancellations Policy

 

Due to the unpredictable nature within the barbershop, appointment times are NOT guaranteed to be exact. 
 
Please understand that
our goal is to serve you efficiently as possible without sacrificing quality of service. If you come to the shop and find that we are behind please be patient & follow our covid19 disclaimer and/or company guidelines...

we will take care of you as soon as we possibly can. 

No Call / No Show / Same Day Cancellations Policy

Please keep in mind appointments work on a first come first serve basis. Because we are solely an appointment only business...

 

When we have a no-show or same day cancellations; we not only lose your business, but we lose out on an opportunity for someone else to have been able book.

 

Please make every effort to show up on-time for your scheduled appointments.

 

Effective immediately, any no call's and/or no show's or same day cancellations under 24 hours to your appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee plus the credit card processing fee of $5 on the credit card you used to book your appointment. 

 

Those who call in to cancel on the same day are handled on a per case basis as no two situations are alike. Call us. We are reasonable!  

 

Lastly, if the card used is declined upon making or authorizing said charges; you will be blocked from being able to make future appointments till the cancellation fee is paid in full. 

 

What if emergencies happen? 

 

We understand...things just...happen and most situations we encounter in our lives, mutually can sometimes be "out of our control," every situation is different; especially those that are unavoidable & extraordinary circumstances...if an emergency situation should happen due to something outside of your control, we'll work it out with each customer within reason.  

 

Please be advised when it comes to being sick or having symptoms...

 

we are a safe & sanitary environment; We Take Cleanliness Seriously! 

 

We prefer that if you are sick or starting to feel sick, that you should contact us right away to reschedule your appointment. 

However, we ask that if you were already sick and had common knowledge of being sick prior to this appointment, we would appreciate that you would contact us within enough time to avoid the cancellation fee before the 24 hour period. This way we can allow the potential opportunity to either squeeze someone in or book the next person on the current waiting list.

COVID 19 DISCLAIMER

  1. It is recommended that all Clients bring their own Mask & it is  encouraged that you utilize hand sanitizers located at the entrance to our shop near the sink, There, you're welcomed to wash & sanitize your hands prior to service.

  2. Since Gov. De Santis Executive Order 21-102; Masks are optional, but encouraged. If worn they must be worn throughout the entire service; unless facial hair is part of the service (there will be minimal to no talking while facial services are provided)

  3. Only one client at a time is allowed in the shop unless it’s a parent or minor/s being serviced. While waiting please feel free to sit in our lobby or store bench just outside our studio! Restrooms are in the rear right hand side of the building; please use the business listing directory located by the front door. If you're next door at any bars or restaurants; I'll text or call you that we are ready to service you if we are running behind. Please make every effort to be prompt to your original booking time! 

  4. Any lack of compliance will cause your service to be cancelled with cancellation fee. We reserve the right of refusal of service to anyone who's presence interferes with the safety and well-being of other patrons and/or to the establishment itself. The most basic examples of this include patrons who are unreasonably rowdy, patrons lacking adequate hygiene, and/or those accompanied by large groups of non-customers.

  5. By booking this appointment you do agree and are confirming that you have not been exposed and/or currently showing signs of any contagious medical symptoms & that you have not visited any high risk areas, cities or countries within a medically reasonable time period.
